This role requires the ability to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for surgical patients while maintaining a safe and sterile environment OR RN collaborates closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, surgical technologists, and other perioperative team members to coordinate care before, during, and after surgical procedures.

Additional duties include documenting intraoperative care, managing surgical instruments and equipment, adhering to infection prevention protocols, facilitating smooth transitions to recovery staff, and participating in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives
The OR RN works collaboratively with patients, families, surgeons, anesthesia providers, and perioperative staff to deliver comprehensive, individualized surgical care.
