 Job Details The Learning & Organizational Development (L&OD) Coordinator provides operational, administrative, and program support to advance organizational learning, leadership development, employee engagement, and culture initiatives
This role serves as a key partner in coordinating learning programs, development experiences, events, and organizational effectiveness activities that support workforce growth and organizational priorities
The coordinator ensures seamless program delivery, maintains data and reporting accuracy, manages logistics, and contributes to a positive participant experience while supporting department initiatives and continuous improvement efforts.
Bachelor’s Degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, Psychology, or a related field.
Demonstrated experience providing executive administrative support, including scheduling, meeting management, event planning, vendor coordination, program administration, and departmental activities.
Lift and carry 25 lbs. frequent sitting/standing, frequent keyboard use, *patient care providers may be required to perform activities specific to their role including kneeling, bending, squatting and performing CPR.
