Working approximately 20 hours per week, you’ll typically support one patient per day, allowing you to provide an unparalleled level of attention while coordinating the patient’s experience from initial contact through follow-up
As a trusted clinical partner, you’ll manage the many details surrounding each visit, including pre-care planning, health risk assessments, scheduling, phone interviews, in-person care, follow-up, and related coordination and clerical responsibilities
This role is ideal for a nurse who enjoys building meaningful relationships, anticipating patient needs, and bringing together the clinical and logistical pieces of care to create a seamless experience

• Associates in Nursing (ADN) or Nursing Diploma required. • Demonstrated effective communication skills required. • Ability to demonstrate initiative, teamwork, and flexibility required. • Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state of Nebraska or current compact state license required. • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification endorsed by the American Heart Association (AHA) required. • Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) department dependent required.
• Based on position, prior experience in patient nursing, specialty/primary care clinic and/or telephonics preferred. • Bachelors degree in nursing (BSN) or Masters of Science in Nursing (MSN) degree preferred. • Experience with Microsoft Office applications including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel preferred. • Proficient with use of email applications preferred. • Experience with EPIC or other electronic medical records preferred. • Specific to the Medical Call Center department; multi-state license preferred
