Overview The Critical Care Clinical Coordinator will play a vital role in supporting the departments day-to-day operations while ensuring high-quality patient care
This individual will work closely with the Nurse Manager to manage staffing, coordinate clinical activities, and uphold care standards in the critical care unit The coordinator will also serve as a leader by assisting with staff development, managing schedules, and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures
Additionally, the coordinator will step into direct patient care roles as needed, especially during periods of high demand or staffing shortages, ensuring smooth workflow and continuity of care
Works under the direction of the leadership team to provide a comprehensive range of services or clinical care associated with and in accordance with standards of excellence established by Riverside Health system and facility goals and strategic plans.
