Requirements

• Currently licensed as a RN is the state of IL. CPR certified. Previous Home Health experience. Strong clinical background with previous hospital experience required. Must possess strong comprehensive assessment, documentation and critical thinking skills. Proficient in Phlebotomy, Infusion Administration, and Wound Care. Knowledge in Oasis C documentation and state and federal regulations. Basic understanding of computers.
• Must be able to work independently and have exceptional customer service. Valid IL drivers license and proof of automobile insurance required. The expected pay for this position is listed below: $35.00 - $42.50 The final pay rate offered may be more than the posted range based on several factors including but not limited to: licensure, certifications, work experience, education, knowledge, demonstrated abilities, internal equity, market data, and more.
