Position Summary

Silver Cross Hospital is seeking compassionate, dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our patient-centered care teams CNAs play a vital role in supporting nursing staff and ensuring that patients receive high-quality, respectful, and safe care throughout their stay

This role is ideal for newly certified CNAs, experienced professionals, and individuals eager to grow within a respected healthcare organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Obtain and record vital signs; promptly report changes in patient condition to nursing staff Support patient comfort, mobility, and safety Provide compassionate, patient-focused care Collaborate effectively with nurses and interdisciplinary care teams Adhere to hospital policies, infection control standards, and patient privacy guidelines Qualifications Active Illinois CNA certification and completion of a CNA certification program High school diploma or equivalent preferred Must be 18 years of age or older Current CPR certification Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to care for patients with compassion and maintain quality in a fast-paced environment. The expected pay for this position is listed below: $18.65 - $22.85 The final pay rate offered may be more than the posted range based on several factors including but not limited to: licensure, certifications, work experience, education, knowledge, demonstrated abilities, internal equity, market data, and more.
