Registered Nurse- Surge Unit- Full Time- Nights

• Come work at the best place to give and receive care! ​Job Description: Registered Nurse - Surge Unit Nights (12-hour shifts, 36 hours weekly- with every other weekend requirements) $15,000 Bonus eligible!!! (Paid in 3, 6, and 12 months) Nursing Student Loan Paydown Program up to $20,000 Who We Are: The surge unit is a 14 bed unit that specializes in providing inpatient level of care to patients who are awaiting inpatient bed placement. We specialize in cardiac/telemetry and medical/surgical patients. The surge unit is overseen by the CICU inpatient managers. This position is based in the CICU, primarily assigned to the Surge Unit, with the expectation that you will float to other areas as needed.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills preferred as there will be collaboration with the ER and inpatient units. The surge RN has a 1:4 patient ratio and LNA 1:14.

Who You Are

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred Current New Hampshire, compact, or multistate licensure as Registered Nurse required.

• Ability to obtain BLS qualification during orientation period and maintain during employment. ACLS preferred.
