Job Description

We’re seeking a vision-driven Clinical Manager (RN or MSW) to partner with our Care Coordination Director and shape the future of our Case Management department If you are a compassionate leader who thrives on operational excellence, interdisciplinary collaboration, and patient-centered strategies, this is your chance to make your biggest impact yet.

Bachelors degree in Nursing (BSN). A Masters degree in Nursing may be substituted provided the incumbent also possesses a Bachelors degree in another field. Minimum three (3) years of related clinical nursing experience in an acute health care setting.
  • Demonstrated performance improvement leadership experience.
  • Demonstrated knowledge, skills and experience providing day to day leadership/management to the assigned group of employees in a clinical setting. Required Credentials Current Washington State RN license. National certification in case management must be obtained within three years (3) of employment. Current Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers. Current PEARS or PALS certification will be accepted in lieu of BLS. Preferred Master’s degree in Nursing or equivalent combination of degree’s including bachelors degree in Nursing (BSN) and master’s degree in Business Administration or Healthcare Administration. Knowledge of and experience using improvement principles and concepts in a healthcare setting. Clinical experience caring for children with medical complexity. Current or previous hospital case management or utilization review experience. Current or previous case management or utilization review leadership experience. For MSW Manager: Required Education and Experience Masters in Social work from an accredited school. Minimum of two (2) years Social Work experience in a medical setting.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience. Required Credentials Currently Licensed in Washington State as a Licensed Social Work Associate Independent Clinical (LSWAIC) OR as a Licensed Social Work Independent Clinical (LSWIC). National certification in case management must be obtained within three years (3) of employment. Preferred Knowledge of and experience using improvement principles and concepts in a healthcare setting. Clinical experience caring for children with medical complexity. Current or previous hospital case management or utilization review experience. Current or previous case management or utilization review leadership experience.

Compensation

Range $129,992.00 - $194,988.00 per year Salary Information This compensation range was calculated based on full-time employment (2080 hours worked per calendar year)

Offers are determined by multiple factors including equity, skills, experience, and expertise, and may vary within the range provided Disclaimer for Out of State Applicants This compensation range is specific to Seattle, positions located outside of Seattle may be compensated differently depending on various factors .
