We’re looking for a passionate and skilled Registered Nurse Team Manager RN to join our team!

In this role

, you’ll lead a dedicated group of professionals while ensuring excellent patient care and operational success. If you’re a nursing leader who loves mentoring, coaching, and improving patient outcomes, we want you on our team! What you’ll do: Lead and coordinate front-line operations for assigned inpatient unit(s) 24/7. Support the Director in maintaining nursing standards and promoting competent practice among your team. Champion quality, safe patient care and ensure smooth, efficient operations. Foster a culture of excellent customer service, evidence-based practice, and resource stewardship. Be the go-to person for supporting personnel needs, guiding your team with care and leadership. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Bachelor of Science in Nursing or equivalent (ADN years of relevant experience). At least two (2) years of nursing experience or demonstrated proficiency in clinical and leadership skills. Missouri nursing license as a Registered Professional Nurse. Current certifications per department requirements. Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written). Proven ability to lead and inspire teams.
