Job Requirements, Prerequisites and Essential Functions:

Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) required License & Certifications: Current Registered Nurse, as defined by the California Board of Registered Nursing BLS Certification (American Heart Association) required
Additional certifications as required per specialty Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a clinical nursing role; leadership or practice operations experience strongly preferred.

Individual pay is set by skills, experience, qualifications, and internal/market equity, consistent with MarinHealth’s compensation philosophy.
