Part-time (24 hours/week) LOCATION: Unity Hospital DEPARTMENT: Radiology SCHEDULE: Sun 10:00 am - 6:30 pm, Mon 10:30 am- 7 pm, Tues 10 am- 6:30 pm On-call: 2-3 shifts/month and some holidays SUMMARY Performs and assists radiologists in performing radiographic procedures, obtaining films of good diagnostic quality while providing maximum comfort and safety to patients undergoing these procedures

2 years college certificate or equivalent NYS license in Radiologic Technology required OR must hold NYS permit and obtain licensure within six months of hire American Registry of Radiologic Technologists Certification (ARRT) within 1 year of hire
New Graduates: • Official transcript from an accredited school or letter emailed directly from the school’s registrar’s office confirming program completion will be accepted upon graduation. • Primary source education verification required within 90 days of start date.
Radiologic Technologist experience preferred. BLS Certification preferred.
M - Medium Work - Exerting 20 to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 10 to 25 pounds of force frequently, and/or greater than negligible up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects; Requires frequent walking, standing or squatting
