Pay Range: $36.47 - $47.89 Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40 Position Overview The Primary Care Nurse Triage Registered Nurse (RN) provides telephonic and electronic clinical assessment, triage, and care coordination for patients within a primary care practice

This role ensures timely, safe, and appropriate clinical disposition based on standardized protocols and professional nursing judgment The RN collaborates closely with physicians, advanced practice providers (APPs), clinical staff, and support teams to optimize patient access, safety, and continuity of care
