• $22,500 Sign-On Bonus Available United Health Services (UHS) is hiring experienced Registered Nurses to join our Float Pool team supporting Critical Care or Medical-Surgical/Telemetry units across Wilson Medical Center and Binghamton General Hospital. This role is ideal for adaptable, clinically confident RNs who thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy caring for diverse patient populations while expanding their expertise across multiple inpatient specialties.  There is more than one location associated with this position. This is either because there are multiple openings at different sites, or the successful candidate will be required to float across multiple UHS facilities.
