<li>Assist clients with personal care activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.</li>

<li>Perform light housekeeping duties including meal preparation, laundry, and cleaning.</li>

<li>Provide companionship and engage in meaningful activities with clients.</li>

<li>Monitor and report any changes in clients health status to the supervising nurse or healthcare provider.</li>

<li>Assist with mobility and transfers, ensuring clients safety at all times.</li>

<li>Administer medication reminders and support clients with their prescribed exercise routines.</li>

<li>Document care provided and maintain accurate client records.</li>

</ul>

<li>Valid CNA and CHHA state certification.</li>

<li>Current CPR/First Aid certification.</li>

<li>Previous experience in home health or a similar setting is strongly preferred.</li>

<li>Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.</li>

<li>Compassionate, patient, and empathetic attitude towards clients.</li>
