<p><strong>Overview</strong></p>

<p>We are seeking a dynamic Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team, meeting our stringent quality standards Our ideal candidate is a vibrant individual with a passion for patient care, dedicated to ensuring a positive and enjoyable experience for our patients

Exceptional communication skills are essential for success in our collaborative, fast-paced, and demanding work environment.&nbsp;</p>

<p><strong>Responsibilities include but not limited to:</strong></p>

<ul>

<li>Ensuring compliance with all health care regulations, including JCAHO, HIPAA and OSHA</li>

<li>Demonstrating clinical competency as an RN, including but not limited to: administering medications, setting up a sterile field, and sterilizing equipment&nbsp;</li>

<li>Communicating effectively with other providers regarding daily clinical and surgical schedules to coordinate care&nbsp;</li>

<li>Effectively documenting clinical and surgical chart notes appropriately and accurately</li>

<li>Ensuring the highest level of patient care and patient service is provided at all times</li>

<li>Consistently following policies and procedures to ensure positive patient outcomes</li>

<li>Increasing physician’s overall patient retention by providing the highest quality patient care and patient experience</li>

<li>Completing other projects and/or duties and assume various responsibilities as determined by Clinical Leadership Members</li>

</ul>

<p><strong>Required Qualifications:</strong></p>

<ul>

<li>Current Registered Nurse (RN) license&nbsp;</li>

<li>Current ACLS certification</li>

<li>Availability to work overtime/weekends as needed</li>

<li>Prioritize patient care and patient experience</li>

<li>Ability to succeed independently and as part of a team</li>

<li>Authorization to work in the United States on a full-time basis</li>

</ul>

<p><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong></p>

<ul>

<li>Experience working in a plastic surgery office is a big plus!</li>

<li>Ability to identify/solve problems and think outside of the box</li>

<li>Multitask effectively and be highly responsive to patients &amp; team members</li>

</ul>

<p><strong>Physical Demands:</strong></p>

<ul>

<li>Must be able to sit or stand intermittently for the duration of a shift (8-12 hours)</li>

<li>Push/pull/lift up to 50 pounds</li>

</ul>

<p>$40-42/hour. <em>Full compensation packages are based on candidate experience and relevant licenses or certifications.</em></p>
