<p>The Registered Nurse (RN) is an integral part of our care team, owning patient relationships and quarter backing a collaborative care plan that drives meaningful impact in our patients’ lives. We’re looking for a teammate who is an innate people person, loves helping others, and has a knack for tenacious problem solving.</p>

<p>This is an in office role, supporting our clinic in <strong>Starbase, TX. Our clinic is open Monday through Friday from 8am-4pm CT with occasional evenings until 8pm CT (Tuesdays &amp; Thursdays 12 to 8 PM CST.</strong></p>

<p><strong>Here’s what you’ll do:</strong></p>

<ul>

<li><strong>Triage &amp; Assessment: </strong>Evaluate acutely ill patients in-person or via phone. Take vital signs, record health histories, and update Electronic Medical Records (EMR).</li>

<li><strong>Patient Education: </strong>Teach patients how to manage chronic conditions (like diabetes or high blood pressure). Explain medications, treatments, and lifestyle changes.</li>

<li><strong>Care Coordination: </strong>Review patient data to make sure routine check-ups, cancer screenings, and preventive tests are completed on time. Handle prior authorizations and coordinate referrals.</li>

<li><strong>Clinic Procedures: </strong>Assist doctors with exams and in-office procedures, perform phlebotomy, administer vaccines, and give injections.</li>

<p><strong>We would love to hear from you if you have the following or equivalent experience:</strong></p>

<ul>

<li>Licensed RN with 2+ years experience doing clinical triage</li>

<li>Pediatric and acute care or inpatient experience preferred</li>

<li>Bi-lingual in English and Spanish is a plus</li>

<li>Reliable access to personal transportation</li>

<li>Strong people skills and the ability to connect with anyone</li>

<li>Creative problem-solving skills that can be leveraged to empower others and impeccable organizational skills that foster reliability and trustworthiness for colleagues and patients alike</li>

<li>Strong communication skills, especially the ability to translate complex ideas into simple language</li>

<li>A &quot;hospitality mindset&quot; and track record of creating memorable experiences for others, embodying a true joy in serving others</li>

<li>Ability to manage multiple priorities at once, maintaining tight organization and a self-starter mentality</li>

<p><strong>Compensation:</strong> <strong>$39 per hour. This is a full-time role and is eligible for benefits.</strong></p>
