Registered Nurse Supervisor

Duties

· Ensures that the residents are provided with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with the resident’s assessment and care plan · Assures that all staff complete required compliance training and processes · Responsible for serving as a mentor to new licensed nurses, providing orientation, assisting with training and making recommendations to nursing administration · Assists with new employee selection and hiring process · Evaluates the skills of New Licensed Nurses and makes recommendations to management regarding the state of a new employees orientation program · Communicates new programs, interventions and new procedures with the Licensed Nurse Staff. · Follow Registered Nurse job description.

Qualifications
