Registered Nurse (RN) - Per Diem - Tier 2 -Night shift

Overview

Position:  Registered Nurse (RN) Tier 2 PRN Night shift

Location: SSH-St. Francis

Schedule:

• Minimum of 2 12-hour shifts per week
• One major and one minor holiday per year
• Three weekend shifts per 6-week scheduling cycle

Compensation: $61.00 per hour + applicable night or weekend differentials

Sign-on bonus: $4,000

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Receive admissions and/or transfers to the unit
• Initial and ongoing systematic patient assessment
• Timely and accurate documentation using appropriate systems
• Interpret assessment/diagnostic data including labs and telemetry
• Ensure medical orders are transcribed and processed accurately
• Competence in Rapid Response and code events
• Instruct and counsel patients/families
• Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

• Valid State RN License
• BLS is required at hire.
• ACLS is required at hire.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Clinical experience
