WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT Sign on Bonus Available (Ask your Talent Acquisition Advisor if eligible for Sign-On Bonus) This is a busy cardiology practice, your anticipated schedule will be Monday-Friday 8am to 5pm, allowing you to enjoy work life balance with consistent day shift schedule and observed holidays off work Respond to patient calls and electronic messages, prioritize concerns based on clinical urgency, provide education within scope of practice, and ensure timely resolution of patient needs Facilitate care coordination by scheduling appropriate appointments, obtaining prior authorizations, processing prescription refills, and supporting continuity of care across the patient journey Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all patient communications, clinical assessments, and care interventions in accordance with departmental and regulatory standards QUALIFICATIONS Required Associates Degree Nursing/Patient Care; Preferred Bachelors Degree Nursing/Patient Care 1 year Nursing/Patient Care in acute care or ambulatory settings Preferred Basic Life Support Program (BLS) certification required - American Heart Association Required Registered Nurse (RN) license - State Licensing Board TRAVEL IS REQUIRED: Up to 20% EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER It is the policy of Franciscan Alliance to provide equal employment to its employees and qualified applicants for employment as otherwise required by an applicable local, state or Federal law
