Provider will display exceptional interpersonal skills while working collaboratively to coordinate and deliver the highest quality of care WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT: Part-time schedule Weekday Call: 2/month Call starts 6:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m. Weekend Call: none Holiday Call: none Clinic only Average outpatient volume: 12 - 18 patients per day Full-time certified medical assistant support Limited wound care (can expand if interested) WHO WE ARE: Franciscan Health is a non-profit health care system with primary and specialty care physician groups located throughout Indiana

Qualifications
