What you will do

0.9 FTE – 72 hours every two week 12-hour straight night shifts (6:30pm-7:00am) Every third weekend and two holidays per year Care for a patient population including post MI, post-open heart surgery, post thoracotomy, pacemakers, pre and post angiography, post cardiothoracic surgery, COPD, congestive heart failure and pulmonary conditions RN’s emphasize rehabilitation, education and lifestyle modifications for patients What you will get: Starting pay of $38.96/hour more for experience! Shift, weekend, and holiday differentials A team with a lot of longevity that create a supportive environment for new and current staff Unit with low turnover Professional Development Opportunities/Career Development Center Departmental leadership support, including Clinical Manager, Clinical Supervisors, Clinical Nurse Leader (CNL), Professional Development Nurse, and Quality Improvement Specialist Nurse Our department of nursing is visionary and innovative with such things as our recent implementation of virtual nursing with in our medical surgical units What you will need: Minimum of an Associate Degree in Nursing RN license to work in Wisconsin Current Infant-Adult Basic Life Support for Health Care Providers BLS for health care providers Emplify Health, a partnership of Bellin Health and Gundersen Health System, is a leading not-for-profit, patient-centered healthcare network based in Green Bay and La Crosse, Wisconsin
