Located in Spring Grove, MN Emplify Health by Gundersen Tweeten Care Center is a long-term skilled nursing facility known for compassionate care, a family-based environment, and specialized dementia services, giving this role meaningful variety and the opportunity to support both residents and staff every day.

What you will do

1.0 FTE (40 hours/week) This position is primarily Monday through Friday day shift, with a rotating backup role for floor nursing and required weekend and holiday on-call availability.

• Provide infection surveillance and management, staff education and monitoring of required education, assist with care center surveys, and lead quality improvement activities.
