Provide comprehensive surgical nursing care in a collaborative, patient-centered environment.
• Associate degree in Nursing required. Valid Wisconsin RN license. BLS, ACLS and PALS certification required.

About this role

As a Surgical RN at Emplify Health by Gundersen Hillsboro, you will provide skilled, compassionate nursing care to patients throughout the surgical experience Working alongside surgeons, anesthesia providers, and a dedicated care team, you will help ensure safe, high-quality care rooted in empathy amplified

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with patients, families, and care teams to develop and implement individualized plans of care. Provide competent, patient-centered nursing interventions and education.
• Document assessments, interventions, patient responses, and care plan updates accurately.

What you will need

• Associate degree in Nursing. Current Wisconsin Registered Nurse license. Current BLS, ACLS and PALS, or able to obtain within 6 months of hire. Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work collaboratively and support patient and family-centered care.
