Love medicine is who we are, its what we do, its why people want to work here If you’re looking for a job to love, apply today Scheduled Weekly Hours: 32 Registered Nurse (RN) | Family Medicine - La Crescent/Minnesota Hub Primary Location: La Crescent, MN Secondary Locations: Spring Grove, Harmony, Houston (MN) - as needed FTE: Part-time, 0.8 (64 hours per two weeks) Hours: 8-hour shifts between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Schedule: One set day off per week (Thursday) | No weekends, holidays, or on-call responsibility Why Join Us? What Youll Do Conduct nurse-only visits, including Medical Annual Wellness Visits (MAWs) Triage patient concerns through phone calls, MyChart messages, and walk-in assessments Deliver direct patient care, including wound care, injections, anticoagulation management, and ankle-brachial index (ABI) testing Assist with procedures and specialized patient care needs Provide patient and family education while coordinating care across the healthcare team to ensure positive patient outcomes Help maintain a positive, patient-centered environment across the Minnesota Hub clinics What Youll Bring Required Qualifications Minimum of an associate degree in nursing Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of Minnesota Ability to obtain and maintain RN licensure in Wisconsin and Iowa within 3 months of hire Current Infant-Adult Basic Life Support (BLS)for Health Care Providers certification with hands-on training through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.

Preferred Qualifications
