Job Description
Travel RN Home Health jobs in Jacksonville, FL start ASAP and offer a 13-week contract with 8-hour days, Monday through Friday, and 5-6 visits per day, totaling 40 hours per week. You must have home health experience, OASIS proficiency, and an active Florida RN license.
Your responsibilities
include assessing patient conditions, administering medications, changing dressings, and documenting care using Homecare Homebase EMR You will educate patients and families on home health procedures, coordinate with physicians and therapists, and ensure patient comfort and safety during each visit
Mileage is reimbursed at the current IRS rate of $0.72 per mile12.
