Registered Nurse – Pediatric Emergency Room

Plans, provides, and monitors individualized nursing care in response to specific patient needs within a defined scope of practice, following established policies, procedures, and regulations. Supports a defined population program or service. Reports to departmental management.

• Provides developmentally appropriate, high acuity psychosocial and clinical care respective to the assigned patient population.
• Demonstrates excellence in nursing practice characterized by quality patient care and participation in formal and informal patient and staff education.
• Communicates and collaborates effectively with all members of the healthcare team.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
