Registered Nurse - Outpatient Oncology and Hematology Infusion Center

​ Saint Luke’s Hospital of Kansas City is hiring for an Infusion Registered Nurse for their Outpatient Oncology and Hematology Infusion Center. This position is part of a rapidly growing program and will assist with research studies, provide patient and family education, and collaborate with a multi-disciplinary innovative care team committed to improving patient outcomes. This is a high volume fast-paced Magnet designated clinic. This clinic is INCP and QOPI Certified. We will provide assistance to become Chemotherapy/Immunotherapy Certified within 30 days of your employment. HOURS: Monday – Friday 8 AM to 4:30 PM. This position will require 2-3 weekend shifts a year and 1 major holiday every 2 years. May be asked to float to other locations: Overland Park, North, Lees Summit We are looking for experienced nurses with Oncology background and strong IV skills.

Responsibilities

Utilize the nursing process Coordinates care w/ Multidisciplinary Team Delegates tasks Formal or informal leadership within unit or department.
