​ Clinical Supervisor RN - Saint Lukes Cardiology Clinic ​ Join Saint Lukes Cardiology, one of the regions premier cardiovascular programs, as an RN Clinical Supervisor and play a key leadership role in supporting exceptional patient care across our ambulatory cardiology practices. Working closely with physicians, advanced practice providers, and clinic staff, you will lead a team of approximately 25 clinical professionals while driving operational excellence, quality outcomes, and an outstanding patient experience. This role is ideal for an experienced nurse leader who thrives in a fast-paced outpatient environment and is passionate about building high-performing teams. As the Clinical Supervisor, you will oversee daily clinical operations, support workflow optimization, ensure regulatory compliance, and partner with providers to improve access, efficiency, and care delivery throughout the clinic setting. You will serve as a resource and mentor for clinical staff, fostering professional development, accountability, and engagement while promoting a culture of collaboration and patient-centered care. Through effective staffing, operational oversight, and continuous process improvement, you will help ensure the clinic consistently meets quality, service, and performance goals. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage specific administrative and clinical functions related to the daily operations of the clinic as assigned. Supervise assigned clinical departments. Responsible for all resources and functions related to patient care including ordering supplies QA regulatory compliance OSHA maintenance of clinical equipment and regular staff meetings. Responsible for training and development of assigned employees including hiring decisions discipline and staff evaluations.
  • Assist clinical staff as needed. Overall responsibility for working to achieve quality healthcare and high patient satisfaction. With a Monday-Friday daytime schedule, minimal rotating on-call responsibilities, and strong leadership support, this role offers the chance to make a lasting impact on both patients and caregivers while growing your nursing leadership career.
