Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) Alpha Home Health & Hospice of King County is growing and seeking compassionate, skilled R egistered Nurses (RNs) to join our Home Health team

Key Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive patient assessments and ongoing nursing evaluations Develop, implement, and update individualized care plans Provide skilled nursing services, including medication management, injections, wound care, and treatments Monitor patient progress and communicate changes in condition to physicians and care team members Educate patients and caregivers on diagnoses, medications, treatment plans, and disease management Coordinate care with physicians, therapists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals Complete accurate and timely EMR documentation Ensure compliance with Medicare, Medicaid, state, and agency regulations Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and case conferences Promote patient safety, independence, and quality of life Qualifications Active Washington State RN License Current BLS Certification Valid drivers license and insured vehicle Home Health or Hospice experience preferred, but not required Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills Our Core Values: CAPLICO At Alpha Home Health & Hospice, our values guide everything we do: Customer Second (Employee First!)
