We are seeking a Weekend SOC Admissions RN to support our growing Home Health team in S nohomish County!

Compensation

$200 per completed SOC Up to two SOCs per shift $100 stipend per shift if no SOC is assigned No hourly requirement SOC assignments provided no later than the day prior Benefits Mileage reimbursement Paid Life Employee Emergency Funds Employee Assistance Program Tuition reimbursement Flexible scheduling Supportive, inclusive team culture Opportunities for growth Requirements Current WA RN license At least 1 year experience in a Home Health agency as an RN Working knowledge of OASIS Current AHA BLS Strong assessment and independent practice skills Reliable transportation Essential Duties Complete weekend Start‑of‑Care admissions Perform comprehensive assessments and OASIS documentation Establish the initial Plan of Care Educate patients and families Coordinate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team Join a 5‑Star agency that values autonomy, flexibility, and high‑quality patient care
