<p>🏡 About the Role</p>

<p>Centria caregivers provide essential in-home support to help individuals remain safe, comfortable, and independent. You’ll work one-on-one with clients in a private home setting, supporting their unique care needs. Please note: This is a pet-free home environment. &nbsp;</p>

<p>✅ Responsibilities</p>

<ul>

<li>Assist with safe client transfers and mobility support to prevent falls</li>

<li>Provide timely medication reminders</li>

<li>Provide transportation to grocery stores and medical appointments</li>

<li>Assist with light household upkeep and maintaining a clean, safe environment</li>

<li>Provide basic personal care, including hygiene, toileting, and dressing</li>

<li>Monitor and assist with oxygen therapy as needed</li>

<li>Prepare light meals, snacks, or drinks upon request &nbsp;</li>

<li>Offer companionship and emotional reassurance throughout the shift &nbsp;</li>

<li>Assist in positioning and turning to prevent discomfort &nbsp;</li>

<li>Document and report changes in client condition promptly &nbsp;</li>

<li>Respond to emergencies following proper procedures &nbsp;</li>

<li>Perform duties as outlined in the patient’s plan of care &nbsp;</li>

<li>Follow professional standards, care policies, and local/state/federal requirements</li>

<li>Transport client to appointments</li>

</ul>

<p>📝 Qualifications</p>

<ul>

<li>CNA, HHA, or equivalent experience in home care preferred</li>

<li>Reliable transportation<strong> with auto insurance</strong></li>

<li>Experience working with fall-risk and mobility-impaired clients strongly desired</li>

<li>Comfortable assisting with safe transfers and personal care tasks</li>

<li>Reliable, patient, and attentive to individual needs</li>

<li>Comfortable working in a private home setting (no pets)</li>

<li>Ability to work independently and follow a care plan</li>

<li>Strong oral and written communication skills</li>

<li>Comfortable using tablets/computers for documentation</li>

<p>To be eligible for employment, all caregivers must provide the following:</p>

<li>Valid Driver’s License (Required for client transportation)</li>

<li>Proof of Auto Insurance (with your name listed on the policy)</li>

<li>Current CPR Certification</li>

<li>Clear Background Check</li>

<li>Negative TB Test Results</li>
