<p>Centria Healthcare is hiring compassionate <strong>Registered Nurses (RNs) </strong>to provide <strong>1:1 private duty nursing</strong> in patients’ homes. You’ll deliver skilled, personalized care to pediatric and adult patients in a low-stress, relationship-based setting.</p>

<h3><strong>Responsibilities</strong></h3>

<ul>

<li>Provide skilled nursing care (trach/vent care, medication administration, catheter care)</li>

<li>Monitor and document patient condition and vital signs</li>

<li>Assist with daily living activities (ADLs)</li>

<li>Communicate with families and care teams</li>

<li>Maintain safe, high-quality, patient-centered care<br><br></li>

</ul>

<h3><strong>Schedule &amp; Pay</strong></h3>

<ul>

<li>Full-time, part-time, and per diem shifts available</li>

<li>Day, night, and weekend shifts</li>

<li>Weekly pay + optional daily pay</li>

<h3><strong>Qualifications</strong></h3>

<ul>

<li>Active <strong>RN license</strong> in the state of Michigan</li>

<li>Home care or private duty experience preferred (not required)</li>

<li>Trach/vent experience a plus (training provided)</li>

<li>Strong communication and critical thinking skills<br><br></li>
