<p>Our centrally located Chicago office is nestled in the vibrant neighborhood of North Center, not to mention the social events hosted on our fully furnished rooftop!&nbsp;</p>

<p><strong>Location: 100% onsite position at our Chicago facility.&nbsp;</strong></p>

<p><strong>Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:00pm</strong></p>

<p><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></p>

<ul>

<li>Medication administration&nbsp;</li>

<li>Nursing Assessments&nbsp;</li>

<li>Measuring &amp; recording vitals&nbsp;</li>

<li>Phone triage&nbsp;</li>

<li>Performing basic materials management functions to include ordering and stocking of supplies&nbsp;</li>

<li>Maintaining medication inventory&nbsp;</li>

<li>Recording patient history and medical findings&nbsp;</li>

<li>Assisting providers with writing laboratory orders and retrieving results&nbsp;</li>

<li>Assisting with the completion of medical documentation for patients and their families&nbsp;</li>

<li>Coordinating with insurance companies for medication and diagnostic prior authorizations&nbsp;</li>

<li>Assisting providers with prescription refills&nbsp;</li>

<li>Specimen collection&nbsp;</li>

<li>Provide support &amp; assistance to the organization’s committees&nbsp;</li>

<li>Provide support and assistance during crisis or emergency situations&nbsp;</li>

</ul>

<p><strong>Who You Are</strong></p>

<ul>

<li>Hold a ASN degree, BSN degree (preferred) or LPN&nbsp;</li>

<li>Are a Registered Nurse with current licensure to practice in&nbsp;Illinois&nbsp;</li>

<li>Are certified in Healthcare Provider CPR&nbsp;</li>

<li>Have a minimum of 1 year of Hospital Experience (preferred)&nbsp;</li>

<li>Have experience in mental health (preferred)&nbsp;</li>

<li>Possess excellent therapeutic communication skills&nbsp;</li>

Based in Chicagoland, we serve hundreds of patients every day, ranging from ages 5 through adulthood, in our onsite facilities or through our flourishing virtual programming

Compass fills a critical gap between outpatient and inpatient care through an intermediate level of Behavioral Healthcare.<em>&nbsp;</em>&nbsp;</p>
