<p>As a Registered Nurse with Paradigm Treatment and Ridge RTC, you will provide direct patient care to individuals navigating substance use and co-occurring mental health challenges within our residential treatment programs

You will play a vital role on the multidisciplinary treatment team, supporting patients through assessment, medication management, and ongoing clinical care.</p>

The Registered Nurse provides direct nursing care within a residential mental health setting, supporting patients throughout their treatment journey while ensuring clinical excellence, safety, and continuity of care.</p>

<h3>Responsibilities</h3>

<ul>

<li>Obtain and accurately document patient vital signs as needed throughout their stay in the residential facility.</li>

<li>Plan and deliver comprehensive nursing assessments and interventions related to medications and psychiatric diagnoses.</li>

<li>Conduct pre-admission triage and assess clinical appropriateness for admission as patients begin their treatment journey.</li>

<li>Administer medications in accordance with organizational policies, best practices, and regulatory standards.</li>

<li>Document nursing goals, interventions, and clinical outcomes in the patient’s medical record while actively participating in treatment planning.</li>

<li>Ensure patient and staff safety by adhering to infection-control protocols, medication administration and storage procedures, and controlled-substance regulations.</li>

<li>Collaborate closely with clinical and operations teams to support high-quality, patient-centered care.</li>

<h3>Qualifications</h3>

<ul>

<li>Active Registered Nurse (RN) licensure required in the state where services are provided.</li>

<li>Previous experience in behavioral health or mental health settings.</li>

<li>Experience working in residential or inpatient clinical environments preferred.</li>

<li>Strong passion for mental and behavioral healthcare.</li>

<li>Experience working with adolescents and/or young adults in youth-focused treatment settings.</li>

<li>Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary treatment team.</li>

<li>Strong documentation, communication, and clinical judgment skills.</li>
