Overview

As a member of our Data Platform team, you will build the data infrastructure, products, and services that enable teams across the company to make data-driven decisions and ultimately deliver high-quality products to our users.

We believe in tools over processes, automation over operations, metrics over anecdotes, iteration over perfection, and proactive over reactive. You will have the opportunity to own impactful projects end-to-end and solve challenging data and infrastructure problems at scale.

Responsibilities:

• Build and evolve analytical infrastructure that enables teams to easily collect, transform, analyze, and understand data.
• Build real-time data infrastructure to support streaming data processing and provide real-time visibility into critical business and system metrics.
• Work cross-functionally to build data products used across the company, including by Engineering, Finance, Accounting, and other teams.
• Design and implement solutions that ensure data quality, reliability, security, and compliance.
• Make informed technical decisions and take end-to-end ownership of the services and applications you build.

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of software engineering experience.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving priorities.
• Passion for product quality and building reliable systems that enable teams to move quickly.
• Strong interest in cross-functional collaboration and solving problems beyond traditional team boundaries.
