About The Role

This is an exciting opportunity to partner closely with our go-to-market teams at a high growth pre-IPO startup, as part of Verkada’s growing Strategic Finance & Business Operations team. You will play a critical role as an analytical thought partner to our Sales & Marketing leaders to drive topline planning and goal-setting, manage spend allocation decisions, deepen our understanding of ROI on our GTM investments, and drive strategic projects that move the needle on company growth.

In this role, you might:

• Shepherd the planning and goal-setting process for bookings and pipeline (and forecast these metrics with increasing accuracy as we prepare to become public)
• Drive weekly business reviews with the CRO and CFO
• Generate insights around the performance of various business segments, acquisition channels, and GTM programs
• Be the accountable owner for portions of our several hundred million dollar GTM budget
• Partner on open-ended GTM strategy questions
• Tackle critical change projects to enable us to operate at the next level of scale

We’re looking for:

• 6-8+ years of progressive high growth experience. You’re coming to us from a Growth, Strategic Finance, Business Operations, Sales Operations, or other highly analytical role at a fast growing startup, and may have begun your career in investing, management consulting, and/or investment banking. Prior experience working on or closely partnering with Sales leaders or data-driven Growth teams is a plus.
