This PM will play a central role in defining how Figma Weave evolves to support broader audiences, more flexible workflows, and scalable creative output. You’ll work at the intersection of design systems, structured workflows, automation, and AI-enabled creation; helping teams produce high-quality, on-brand work at scale while preserving the creative intent behind it.

This is a full time role that can be held from our Tel Aviv Hub.

What you’ll do at Figma Weave:

• Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Figma Weave as it expands to serve new user segments and use cases
• Identify opportunities to make structured, node-based workflows more intuitive, adaptable, and accessible to a broader range of creators
• Develop abstraction layers and editing capabilities that allow teams to modify and extend existing workflows without sacrificing quality or consistency
• Shape capabilities that enable users to generate variations and new outputs efficiently within defined creative systems
• Balance foundational investments with user-facing improvements to support both immediate adoption and long-term scalability
• Translate complex systems and workflow concepts into clear, compelling narratives for cross-functional stakeholders
• Establish success metrics around workflow adoption, output quality, scalability, and user impact

We’d love to hear from you if you have:

• 6+ years of experience as a full-time Product Manager
• Experience building products that support structured workflows or multi-step creation pipelines</
