Were hiring a Product Marketing Manager to lead Figma Weaves enterprise motion On a small team where everyones scope flexes, youll also work across product marketing more broadly — defining how the product shows up for enterprise buyers, arming sales with what they need to close, and building the systems that turn enterprise accounts into long-term customers

Enterprise is the primary focus, not the only one: youll move into PLG, growth, and launch work as the teams priorities shift.

This is a strategic and hands-on role. Youll think in pipeline and narrative at once — translating product capability into value that lands with enterprise buyers, while staying close enough to execution to write the deck yourself.
