What you’ll do

Brex is looking for a Staff brand designer to join the Design team, a cross-disciplinary group of creatives including product designers, brand designers, content design, operations, and marketing strategists. Our team’s mission is to build a category-defining brand and meaningfully move key business metrics by delivering world-class creative.

Your role

will be to drive the evolution of Brexs brand identity system, pushing our visual language forward while maintaining cohesion across all touch points Youll be instrumental in defining how our brand shows up in the world, from establishing new design patterns and brand expressions to reimagining our visual identity for the next phase of growth

This is a strategic and hands-on role that will require you to work closely with Marketing leaders, Web and Product teams, and creative partners to ensure our brand identity is distinctive, scalable, and reflects our ambition

You are a systems thinker who can envision the big picture while obsessing over the craft details that bring a brand to life.
