The Consumer Growth Experience Engineering (CGX) team builds platforms and end-to-end experiences that power consumer growth across push, email, app, and web channels. This Senior Software Engineer, Fullstack role focuses on driving high-impact consumer journeys through scalable systems, personalization, segmentation, and experimentation.

CGX owns core engagement surfaces and systems that help customers discover value, onboard seamlessly, and take confident next steps. Your work sits at the intersection of product, analytics, design, platform, and growth—delivering reliable tooling and consumer experiences that enable rapid go-to-market, improve conversion and activation, and grow long-term customer value.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver quarterly goals for your team, guiding engineers through ambiguity to solve open-ended problems and ensuring support throughout delivery
• Collaborate with product management, design, and analytics throughout the product development lifecycle—participating in ideation, articulating technical constraints, and partnering on decisions that balance risks and trade-offs
• Proactively identify and advocate for project, process, technology, and business issues; lead efforts to solve them
• Support operational reliability of your team's systems by creating and monitoring metrics, escalating issues as needed, and contributing to on-call rotations
• Foster a culture of quality and ownership by setting or improving code review and design standards for your team, and advocating for them through documentation and tech talks
• Develop talent on your team through feedback, guidance, and leading by example

Requirements

• Experience leading significant mobile initiatives using React Native or native platforms, including defining architecture, coordinating cross-functional launches, and maintaining high reliability in production
