About the Role
As Talent Brand Specialist II, you'll own the storytelling and content strategy that brings Affirm's Employee Value Proposition to life for global audiences. You'll work across social media, web, and internal channels to attract talent aligned with our mission, partnering with Marketing, Brand, Communications, and external teams to deliver cohesive campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Develop and refine global talent brand strategy across social, web, and internal platforms, with close alignment to Talent Acquisition priorities
- Write and create clear, thoughtful content that communicates Affirm's culture, mission, and Employee Value Proposition to prospective candidates
- Plan, manage, and publish social media content; track performance metrics and apply insights to improve reach and engagement
- Maintain and optimize the careers site and job board, ensuring job descriptions and candidate-facing content are accurate, current, and engaging
- Collaborate with Marketing, Brand, Communications, and external partners to coordinate talent brand campaigns across different markets
- Use data and experimentation to measure campaign performance, identify trends, and recommend improvements
Requirements
- 2-3 years of professional experience and a Bachelor's degree
- Proven experience in talent brand, employer marketing, or social media with measurable impact on hiring or engagement
- Strong writing skills; ability to translate complex ideas into clear, accessible language across different formats and audiences
- Ability to manage projects from initial brief through final execution, keeping timelines on track and stakeholders aligned
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across departments and build strong working relationships
- Curiosity and commitment to continuous improvement; openness to feedback and willingness to experiment with new approaches
- Familiarity with AI tools and data-driven methods to improve content efficiency and impact
