We're seeking an experienced Staff Technical Program Manager to drive high-visibility technical programs across our product and engineering organizations. In this role, you'll help scale our program management practices to match the complexity of our expanding product lines and accelerating business needs.

About the Role

You will oversee complex, multi-disciplinary technical programs that expand our consumer product suite and platform capabilities. Working in a remote-first environment, you'll develop and implement frameworks that enable Product and Engineering teams to build quality software at scale, while evaluating emerging technologies for potential features and products.

Responsibilities

• Drive complex, multi-disciplinary technical programs through full lifecycle planning, including requirements definition, risk identification, schedule management, and stakeholder communication.
• Coordinate across engineering teams and non-technical stakeholders to align priorities, resolve dependencies, and achieve program goals.
• Understand technical implementation at the architecture level, propose technical alternatives, and develop domain expertise to ask clarifying questions and drive team effectiveness.
• Track program progress, evaluate risks, manage dependencies, and communicate status to executive leadership and program stakeholders.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Design, Analytics, and cross-functional teams to plan requirements and maintain clear communication throughout program execution.
• Mentor and develop team members while fostering a collaborative remote-friendly culture.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of proven experience managing technical programs.
• Track record of successfully driving complex, large-scale technology applications and geographically distributed backend systems.
• Strong stakeholder management experience with Engineering, Product, Design, Analytics, and other cross-functional teams.
• Ability to balance strategic vision with attention to implementation details while maintaining schedule discipline.
• Experience building and driving strategic programs in a distributed or remote environment.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor and elevate team members.
• Prior experience in FinTech, Payments, or Commerce (preferred).
