Lead Product Marketing Manager

Affirm is hiring a Product Marketing Manager to drive go-to-market strategy and execution for merchant-facing products. This remote US role sits at the intersection of product development, sales enablement, and customer success, requiring someone who can translate product insights into clear market narratives and accelerate adoption across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Product leadership to identify market opportunities, unmet merchant and partner needs, and competitive gaps; incorporate customer research and market intelligence into roadmap prioritization.
• Own end-to-end go-to-market strategy and execution for product launches, including value proposition development, customer segmentation, stakeholder alignment, and success measurement.
• Analyze product adoption data and merchant behavior to identify growth levers, refine positioning, and design scaling programs that drive engagement and adoption.
• Develop messaging, materials, and narratives for key client touchpoints, including bi-annual roadmap reviews with major merchants.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Enablement, and Partnership teams to ensure consistent messaging and support product rollout at scale.
• Manage multiple concurrent initiatives under ambiguity; anticipate risks and maintain momentum through structured planning and execution.
• Build working knowledge of product functionality, revenue drivers, and cost structures to inform strategic decisions and communicate business impact.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in product marketing, go-to-market strategy, or closely related role at a B2B or B2B2C company.
• Proven ability to develop and execute launch strategies from concept through scale.
• Experience collaborating with Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams on aligned messaging and adoption strategies.
• Strong analytical skills; comfort synthesizing data to inform segmentation, positioning, and program optimization.
• Experience operating in cross-functional, matrix environments with multiple stakeholders.
