Affirm is seeking a Compensation Lead to manage compensation systems and operations for our remote US team. In this role, you will oversee end-to-end compensation administration, conduct market benchmarking studies, and ensure our programs remain competitive and aligned with company policy. You'll work with platforms like Radford and Pave to support compensation cycles and special analyses across multiple geographies.

Responsibilities

  • Manage semiannual compensation cycle administration from start to finish
  • Lead annual compensation market studies, including role auditing, benchmarking survey submission and review, and evaluation of cash and equity compensation structures and ranges
  • Conduct ad hoc compensation analyses for incentive programs, equity programs, and pay equity initiatives
  • Own the pay reporting and data processes for all geographies Affirm operates in
  • Support compensation training and employee communications

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in compensation or people analytics
  • Demonstrated experience with compensation management systems, particularly Pave
  • Proficiency with data analysis tools including Excel, Google Sheets, Sigma Computing, or similar platforms
  • Ability to work with complex datasets and derive actionable insights from compensation data
