Affirm is seeking an experienced Senior Manager of Executive Compensation to lead the strategy, design, governance, and execution of executive compensation programs. This remote US role will partner with senior leadership to align compensation with business priorities while ensuring market competitiveness and supporting talent retention.

About the Role

As Senior Manager of Executive Compensation, you will own Affirm's executive compensation strategy and programs. You'll work across the organization to design competitive, scalable compensation structures that attract and retain top talent while reinforcing a high-performance culture aligned with company values and business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Lead strategy, design, governance, and execution of executive compensation programs including base salary structures, annual incentives, and equity programs
  • Partner with senior leaders to align compensation programs with business priorities, operational goals, values, and culture
  • Evaluate, enhance, and administer executive compensation programs to ensure market competitiveness, scalability, and operational effectiveness
  • Conduct market trend analysis and evaluate compensation practices and economic conditions to inform recommendations supporting talent and business objectives
  • Work closely with Compensation Operations to ensure efficient program delivery, administration, and governance
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across People, Finance, Legal, and business leadership to address complex compensation challenges and drive program implementation
  • Develop communication and education strategies enabling leaders and employees to understand and leverage compensation programs effectively
  • Oversee compensation tools, systems, and processes to improve data quality, efficiency, and employee experience
  • Lead executive compensation analyses and prepare materials for Compensation Committee, Board, and executive leadership reviews

Requirements

  • 12+ years of compensation experience, including significant experience designing and managing broad-based and executive compensation programs
  • Demonstrated success leading increasingly complex compensation initiatives and influencing senior business leaders
