We're looking for an experienced compensation leader to drive the strategy, design, governance, and execution of our executive compensation programs. This role will ensure our executive compensation philosophy supports business growth, attracts and retains top talent, and reinforces a high-performance culture.

About the Role

The Senior Manager, Executive Compensation will lead the development and administration of Affirm's executive compensation programs. You'll work closely with senior leadership to ensure compensation strategies align with business priorities, operational goals, and company values while remaining competitive in the market.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the strategy, design, governance, and execution of executive compensation programs, including base salary structures, annual incentives, and equity programs
  • Partner with senior leaders to align compensation programs with business priorities, operational goals, values, and culture
  • Evaluate, enhance, and administer executive compensation programs to ensure market competitiveness, scalability, and operational effectiveness
  • Analyze market trends, compensation practices, and economic conditions to develop recommendations supporting talent and business objectives
  • Collaborate with Compensation Operations to ensure efficient program delivery, administration, and governance
  • Work across People, Finance, Legal, and business leadership to address complex compensation challenges and drive program implementation
  • Develop communication and education strategies that enable leaders and employees to understand and leverage compensation programs
  • Oversee compensation tools, systems, and processes to improve data quality, efficiency, and employee experience
  • Lead executive compensation analyses and prepare materials for Compensation Committee, Board, and executive leadership reviews

Requirements

  • 12+ years of compensation experience, including significant experience designing and managing broad-based and executive compensation programs
  • Demonstrated success leading increasingly complex compensation initiatives and influencing senior business leaders
