About the Role

As Staff Product Designer for Agentic Experiences, you'll lead design initiatives that establish when, where, and how Affirm uses AI to deliver proactive, in-the-moment consumer experiences. You'll work on building a hybrid search and discovery interface that combines traditional UI efficiency with AI-powered discovery capabilities, while defining a unified vision for AI-driven touchpoints across the platform.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive design of AI and agentic initiatives for Affirm's consumer experience, delivering high-impact solutions aligned with business objectives
• Design intuitive, conversational, and agentic patterns that feel proactive and helpful, moving beyond reactive commerce to anticipation
• Define the design language for Affirm's AI-driven interactions, prioritizing trust, clarity, and predictable outcomes
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, data science, marketing, and research to drive innovation and deliver seamless experiences
• Balance near-term execution with long-term strategic thinking to ensure scalability and coherence across the ecosystem
• Bring exceptional visual and interaction design skills to craft polished experiences that build trust and confidence
