As a Staff Product Designer on this team, you will lead design for new zero-to-one product experiences from early concept through national launch, shaping how millions of Americans interact with an entirely new category of financial product

This role is for someone who obsesses over the details others miss Youll set the visual and interaction bar for products that ship to a massive, high-visibility audience, where craft quality is inseparable from trust.

Youll work closely with senior leadership, engineers, researchers, data scientists, and marketers to define product direction, translate complex requirements into clear, elegant user experiences, and hold every screen to a pixel-perfect standard before it ships

This role means taking ownership of design decisions and design quality that influence both product strategy and customer outcomes for one of Robinhoods most visible and impactful product lines.

This role is based in our Menlo Park, CA and New York, NY offices, with in-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week.
