Compliance Analyst II

Affirm, a financial services company, is hiring a Compliance Analyst II to support its centralized compliance programs and governance infrastructure. Based remotely in Poland, you will develop and maintain compliance training, administer training programs, and partner across teams to build scalable compliance processes that align with regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain compliance training materials that translate regulatory requirements into clear, accessible learning experiences for employees across multiple jurisdictions.
• Administer the compliance training program, including tracking completion status, maintaining training records, coordinating enrollments, and preparing audit-ready documentation and reports.
• Gather feedback from Compliance, Legal, and business teams to update and maintain accuracy of training content and supporting documentation.
• Support governance programs by contributing to risk assessments, regulatory change management, and compliance issue tracking through documentation, reporting, and evidence collection.
• Establish and maintain organized documentation, version control procedures, and evidence management in line with governance standards.
• Recommend improvements to training materials, documentation, and operational processes to enhance compliance program efficiency and consistency.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Compliance, Risk, Audit, Controls, or related governance roles, preferably in financial services, fintech, or a regulated industry.
• Demonstrated experience developing and maintaining compliance or training materials, including drafting content, managing stakeholder feedback, and handling documentation and version control.
• Strong writing and editing ability, with skill in converting complex regulatory or policy content into clear, practical learning materials.
