About the Role

The Oracle SCM Functional Specialist will be a key expert in the full lifecycle implementation, configuration, and ongoing optimization of the Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP modules supporting the end-to-end SCM and S2P lifecycles. This role is central to the company’s migration from NetSuite, focusing on configuring and validating scalable solutions within Oracle Fusion.

Responsibilities

• Implementation & Configuration: Lead the functional design and configuration roadmap for Oracle Fusion SCM/Procurement modules, including Product Management, Procurement, Inventory Management, and Manufacturing.
• Solution Design & Validation: Own the design and configuration of complex processes (e.g., global S2P, inventory optimization, manufacturing execution) directly within Oracle Fusion, ensuring alignment with policy and architectural standards.
• System Governance: Establish and enforce best practices and configuration standards for SCM, Product Management and Procurement data integrity, master data governance (Items, BOMs, Suppliers, Locations), and technical compliance (e.g., SOX controls).
